Cold meats workshop

Finca Santa Elena gives you the opportunity to taste the traditional, prestigious and handmade cold meats of Ontinyent.

Along with the butcher’s "Carnicería Donat", we offer two-hour workshops where you will learn how cold meats and hamburgers are handmade produced. After that, you will be able to taste its unique flavour. We offer:

  • Workshop on producing and tasting pork sausage and black pudding with onion.
  • Workshop on producing and tasting homemade hamburgers and mini-burgers.

The workshops are held in Finca Santa Elena and the cost is 15 € per adult and 1 € per child (at least 10 adults).
